Administrative Assistant to a small lawn care company. Assisting with building routes, entering client information to database, setting up recurring invoices, receiving and entering payments. One of the highlights was building strong relationships with clients and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Legal Assistant to an attorney that handled Immigration, Civil, Injury, and Criminal cases. I assisted gathering information from clients, preparing folders and paperwork needed, research, and drafting legal documents. My greatest accomplishments were drafting documents for the Georgia Court of Appeals and receiving a certification for Trial Preparation from Start to
Finish for Paralegals at the Institute for Paralegal Education.
Accounting Associate to CPA firm, which focuses on 501c3, tax and business services. I assisted by answering various phone calls of potential 501c3 clients nationwide, gathered all information needed, and completed IRS forms. Working with these non-profit organizations was a highlight, and editing the CPA's eBooks was a side project I truly enjoyed.
Medical Interpreter as a subcontractor. I assisted by interpreting between English and Spanish for medical staff to
facilitate communication with patients. It was a fulfilling experience for me to help two individuals achieve a clear understanding of each other.
